Widget tracks over time Open, Click and Reply rates over time for 20 campaigns or one selected campaign. Email Open Rate is the number of unique email opens relative to the total number of sent emails in the campaign.
Open Rate = Unique Opens % Emails Sent
Email Click Rate is the number of user click on email campaign links relative to the total number of sent emails in the campaign.
Click Rate = Email Link Clicks % Emails Sent
Email Reply Rate is the number of user email replies relative to the total number of sent emails in the campaign.
Reply Rate = Email Replies % Emails Sent
